I'm a Hypnotherapist and like the suggestions you give for people to "play with the memory", while listening to the mp3.. I've used them all with clients and can tell you that they do help with releasing the gunk. I love the idea but would have liked to hear the Cool music, instead. It's not just that I prefer listening to something relaxing to do this, but the bouncy organ sound of Hot reminded me of "Tex and Edna Boil's Organ Emporium" where you get a free budgie with every purchase. :-)

I recently purchased 'Peace of Mind' Brainwave Entrainment from Mind Power mp3.com. The music on the audio is absolutely stunning and is pure joy to listen to. The Brainwave Entrainment part, by Jeff Gignac works wonders. The Theta waves manage to relax me to such an extent that I do not feel like moving when the audio is over, and I have occasionally fallen asleep. Kudos to Steve Skudler and Jeff Gignac for putting together a wonderful album.

I received the collection during the most horrific time of my life. My mom was in a nursing home where I suspected abuse, put a nanny cam in, found abuse was in fact taking place, then they had ME arrested for putting the nanny cam in and making the recording. I was unable to get anything accomplished even after four or five attempts, like trying to get fraud alert put on her credit cards. After listening once I was able to get it done the very next day. To say it works is an understatement.

I am in my 30s and have had several injuries in both ankles.
